Cancellation Policy
I want clear and fair agreements for everyone. Below you'll find the practical terms around cancellation and rescheduling. Feel free to reach out if you have any questions.
Workshops & Training Days
Registration is final once payment has been received.
Up to 14 days before the event
You can cancel free of charge. The full amount will be refunded, or you can transfer your participation once to another date.
14 – 7 days before the event
50% of the amount will be charged. Transferring to another date is no longer possible.
Less than 7 days before the event
The full amount will be charged, including in case of no-show. Transferring is no longer possible.
Sending a replacement
Always welcome and completely free of charge. Please let me know in advance.
Cancellation by the organiser
The full amount will be refunded, or your participation will be transferred to another date free of charge.
Refunds are processed within 14 working days.
Individual Sessions
Up to 24 hours before the session
You can cancel or reschedule a session free of charge.
Less than 24 hours before the session
The full session fee will be charged, including in case of absence. In situations of force majeure (serious illness, bereavement) we will look for a solution together.
Arriving late
The session will not be extended and the full fee remains applicable.
Rescheduling by me
This is done free of charge and as soon as possible, in consultation with you.

My guidance and workshops are focused on personal development, self-awareness and consciousness. They are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. If you are experiencing serious health or psychological concerns, I advise you to consult a doctor or licensed therapist.
