The Power of Constellations
Sometimes you know something is in the way, but you don't find it with your head alone.
You've already thought about it. Maybe for years. And yet it remains the same movement, the same pattern, the same pain, the same feeling of being stuck.
In an constellation, we go beyond thinking. We make visible what was already alive all this time — in you, in your relationships, in what has been carried by your family.
Not to analyze it. But to finally give it a place.
How does Constellations work?
You don't have to understand anything to participate. Your body knows enough.
Constellations use a group field. Representatives—other participants—take on roles that represent a person, a feeling, or a dynamic for you. What happens next is often surprisingly clear: the field reveals what is alive, even though no one knew it beforehand.

You can participate in two ways
As a questioner
You bring a question — about a relationship, a pattern, something you don't let go of. We build a constellation together, with representatives who form the field of your theme. What shifts in that setup can also shift in you.
As a representative
You take on someone else's role. That does not require preparation or special knowledge — just an open attitude. As a representative, you often also get insights into your own themes. You are not asked by chance.

Rates
A constellation day takes place in a small group and lasts either a full day (10 AM–6 PM) or a half day (2 PM–6 PM or 7 PM–10 PM). You choose your role based on what you are seeking.
