My workshops are not typical courses where you learn something with your head. They are encounters—with yourself, your body, and others.
I create a space where you can slow down and truly feel what is present, without needing to fix or analyze it right away. Often, simply allowing this is enough to set something in motion.
What I offer
Day workshops on relationship and intimacy
Intensive days around themes such as attraction, desire, boundaries and vitality. Embodied, clear, safe. For individuals and couples.
Men's circles
A place for men to be really present. Not to look strong, but to discover what lives behind the masks. We work with the body, with breathing, with shared honesty. Brotherhood that does not talk about connection, but that is connection.
Mixed circles
Men and women together — exploring polarity, intimacy and what it means to really connect with someone who is different from you. Beyond the roles we learn to play.
Constellation evenings and days
Shorter or longer sessions around a specific theme — separation anxiety, intimacy, shame, desire, the father's and mother wound. Through constellation work, we make visible what is going on under the surface.
