Client files and session notes: As part of therapeutic guidance, we keep a file for each client. This may include, among other things: contact details, intake information, session notes, and information about your health, wellbeing, or relational situation relevant to the guidance.

  • Client files: 5 years after the process is closed, unless you request earlier deletion and no legal retention obligation applies.

Who we share your data with

We do not share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We may rely on processors who process data on our behalf, such as:

  • Bookkeeper

A data processing agreement is in place with each processor, guaranteeing at least an equivalent level of protection.
